as a Master Plumber in Monroe, LA, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality plumbing installations and repairs. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Lead and mentor junior plumbing staff, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their plumbing needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Stay updated on the latest plumbing technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Louisiana. Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on residential and commercial systems. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. Proficient in using plumbing tools and technology.
