Job description Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Plumber's Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Duties Support licensed plumbers by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Assist with the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and materials for efficient workflow Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, thread, assemble, and install plumbing components Help with pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks under supervision Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and site regulations Skills Basic knowledge of construction practices and construction plumbing techniques Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, and pipe threading Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately Familiarity with HVAC systems and general maintenance procedures is a plus Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of plumbing systems and schematics Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various positions on-site Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely Prior construction site experience or handyman skills are highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks Knowledge of carpentry or remodeling is beneficial for versatile support roles Join us in building reliable infrastructure while developing your skills in a supportive team environment.
