In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints effectively. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring that our plumbing systems operate efficiently and meet all safety standards. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components. Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide timely solutions. Collaborate with other tradespeople on remodeling projects as needed. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems. Proficient in blueprint reading for accurate installation and repairs. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading techniques. Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
