Journeyman Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, code requirements, and client specifications. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites and remodeling projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations Conduct system inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress Experience Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber or in a similar construction plumbing role with a strong understanding of plumbing systems Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, HVAC systems, and schematic interpretation Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery Knowledge of mechanical systems related to plumbing maintenance, remodeling, and field service operations Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations Prior experience working on commercial or large-scale construction projects is highly desirable Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation.
