Job Description
Premier Energy Solutions is a growing, full-service energy and construction company specializing in generator installations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and site work. We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team and support residential and commercial projects. Please do not apply if you are not a licensed plumber. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced in all aspects of plumbing installation and service, and comfortable working alongside multiple trades in the field. Experience with generator installations and propane systems is a strong plus. Job Description The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to code. This position works closely with Project Managers, field supervisors, and other trades on a variety of construction and service projects, including generator installations. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures Perform plumbing work related to generator installations Install and service gas piping systems, including propane systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Perform rough and finish plumbing installations Install piping systems, water lines, drainage systems, and fixtures Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs as needed Coordinate with field crews and other trades on active job sites Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain clean and organized job sites Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate progress and jobsite needs with supervisors and Project Managers Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumber license 3+ years of plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, gas piping, and installation methods Familiarity with propane systems is a plus Generator installation experience is a plus Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications OSHA certification Experience in new construction and retrofit projects Experience working in multi-trade environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Company vehicle and tools
