Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to support a portfolio of five properties across MA, NH, and RI. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and is looking to grow with a company as they build out in-house capabilities. Key Responsibilities Travel between 5 assigned properties (primarily in MA, with some travel to NH and RI) Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance with a focus on: Hot water heaters (removal, replacement, troubleshooting) Plumbing systems in older properties (20+ years) Line repairs, tear-outs, and system upgrades Support filtration systems and property-specific plumbing setups Diagnose issues and provide long-term, reliable solutions Maintain clear communication with ownership and property teams Ensure work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards What We're Looking For Journeyman Plumber (or equivalent experience with strong background) Strong experience with hot water heaters and plumbing systems Comfortable working independently across multiple sites Reliable, organized, and solutions-driven Experience working in older buildings or legacy systems preferred Based near Shrewsbury, MA or open to local travel Compensation & Perks Competitive salary $150 on-call stipend per call-out Mileage reimbursement for travel between properties Stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential #
