In the afternoon, you tackle a scheduled maintenance visit, document your work with precision, and leave the site cleaner than you found it. If that rhythm sounds rewarding, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do Investigate and assess drainage systems to pinpoint problems and outline clear solutions. Handle both routine maintenance and urgent repair calls to keep systems running reliably. Operate specialized drain equipment to clear blockages and ensure proper flow. Record services performed and maintain accurate, organized job documentation. Translate technical findings into easy-to-understand updates for clients. Follow safety procedures rigorously and maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace. Partner with teammates to improve service quality and efficiency on every job. Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Hands-on experience as a drain technician or in a closely related trade. Solid grasp of drainage systems and core plumbing principles. Comfortable operating and caring for specialized tools and equipment. Detail-focused troubleshooter with strong follow-through. Clear communicator with a service-first approach. Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation. Open to flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts. Where You'll Work Based in Stoughton, MA, you'll serve residential and/or commercial clients who count on responsive, high-quality drain service.
