What You'll Do As a Lead Plumbing Technician, you are the face of Akian in the home. Your role is not just to fix plumbing issues—but to deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving solutions that are in the customer's best interest. Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems Present options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners Perform high-quality work that meets code and company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members Manage your truck inventory and job documentation using company technology
Qualifications:
Valid MA Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master required) Minimum 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work independently and take ownership of your results Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening What Sets You Apart You take pride in your work and your reputation You're motivated by performance and income growth You don't just fix problems—you educate and guide customers You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment You want to be part of a company that is growing and raising the standard Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities Occasional evenings or weekends as
