This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of plumbing fixtures and HVAC related systems in customers' homes. Licensed Plumber
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay:
$35.00-$48.00 per hour (based on experience and capability) Key Responsibilities Service and install residential HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services before work begins Maintain a safety first mindset at all times, including while driving Install pipe assemblies, valves, appliances, and fixtures Keep accurate records of work performed and customer interactions Lead and direct helpers assisting with pipe cutting, assembly, or installation Conduct proper testing to ensure successful job completion Perform leak detection using water or air pressure tests Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with an insurable record MassachusettsJourneyman Plumber License (or eligible to obtain) Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, and hydronic systems Residential service and installation background Strong communication and customer service skills Manual dexterity and ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of HVAC equipment preferred EPA Universal Certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Medical insurance with company contribution (individual & family)
