Our teams operate with integrity, urgency, and pride in every project we complete. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing production team. This role is responsible for performing plumbing installations, repairs, and modifications primarily within residential remodeling projects, with a strong focus on bath renovation systems. This is a hands-on role for a licensed professional who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and delivering a clean, high-quality finished product in customers' homes. Key Responsibilities Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes Perform bath plumbing rough-ins and finish installations Install and connect tubs, showers, faucets, valves, drains, and water lines Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to meet project timelines Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times Communicate professionally with homeowners during installations Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (required) Minimum 3+ years of residential plumbing experience Experience in bath remodeling or renovation preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in residential environments Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic and professional appearance What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, consistent work Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Benefits package including medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Why Join Long Home?
