Licensed Plumber - Installation Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed plumber with extensive experience in installation work across both residential and commercial settings. Our projects primarily involve restaurants and school facilities, so expertise in fast-paced, code-driven environments is critical. Responsibilities Perform installation of plumbing systems for new constructions, residential developments, and Holy Cross college during winter/summer breaks. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Install water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment according to state and local codes. Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot installation-related issues and provide solutions that meet safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety protocols. Essential Skills Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber license. 5+ years of plumbing installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings. Strong understanding of plumbing codes, especially for food-service and educational facilities. Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish. Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 certification. Proficiency with hand and power tools.
