Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a licensed Plumber Maintenance Technician for our apartment community. This role is ideal for a plumber who also has general maintenance experience and enjoys working in a residential setting. You will be primarily responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing-related issues , including leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters, and piping, while also assisting with general apartment maintenance and unit turns as needed. Ensuring service requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner is essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, and be available for on-call emergency maintenance on a rotating basis. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in apartments and common areas Perform plumbing installations and replacements (fixtures, valves, toilets, sinks, etc.) Respond to emergency maintenance calls, especially plumbing-related Complete unit turns with a focus on plumbing readiness Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed Preferred Skills & Experience Plumbing license (required) General maintenance experience a plus, including: Basic electrical Appliance repair Drywall Painting HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
