Safe work environment On-the-job training Health Insurance Paid Time Off Other company perks Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Perform drain cleaning, fixture repairs, water line repairs, and general plumbing service work Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about findings, recommendations, and pricing Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude on every job Complete service tickets, notes, and photos accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Work collaboratively with office staff and team members to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction Educate customers on preventative maintenance and plumbing solutions when appropriate Represent the company professionally at all times in appearance, communication, and workmanship
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience as a plumber or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of carpentry, HVAC systems, or general maintenance person skills is a plus
