Master Plumber

Master Plumber Hours & Schedule

• Full-Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and be available on call for after hour emergenciesJob Description
• Troubleshooting, repair, inspection and recording of facilities equipment including but not limited to heating water systems, steam systems, freshwater systems, drainage systems, and sewer systems.
• Sources and prices repair supplies and schedules repairs.
• Plans installations and repairs by studying blueprints and work sketches to determine material requirements along with cost of supplies.
• Assists in training and working with other maintenance technicians.
