Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and HVAC systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and assembly of pipes and fittings as required. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure timely completion of projects. Assist in remodeling projects by installing new fixtures and updating existing systems. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Lift heavy materials as needed during installation or repair tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing and HVAC principles. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with carpentry is beneficial for remodeling tasks. Valid driving license is required. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions on construction sites.
