Responsibilities include:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for tenant fit-outs, new construction, and multifamily housing projects Perform all phases of work including underground, rough-in, top-out, and fixture installation Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents with accuracy Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure schedules and deadlines are met Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations Assist in identifying and resolving field issues efficiently to keep projects moving forward Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Qualifications ✔ Active Journeyman Plumber License (Required) ✔ 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience (tenant fit-outs and multifamily strongly preferred) ✔ Ability to read plans and work independently in the field ✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Experience with leading small crews or assisting foremen is a plus ✔ Own tools & valid driver's license ✔ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up ready to contribute, and want to be part of a company that values quality, consistency, and teamwork .
