We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber for Construction work and/or Service Work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial and Residential Construction plumbing systems, with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics and blueprints(for the Construction position), and proficiency with various hand tools. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties. Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. (Only for the Construction position) Perform pipe threading and heavy lifting as required for installations and repairs. Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure proper plumbing integration. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs. Utilize basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Operate commercial vehicles as needed for transporting tools and materials to job sites. Qualifications Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and various hand tools used in plumbing work. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions. Experience in remodeling projects is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is desirable for commercial driving tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
