Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards and project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of commercial and residential building projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform pipe threading, fitting, and welding tasks to ensure secure and efficient piping systems. Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, pipes, and related components in existing structures. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters to coordinate work efforts. Troubleshoot mechanical issues within plumbing systems and perform routine inspections for quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades with a solid understanding of plumbing systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces on construction sites. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or material transport. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical data.
