INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY & PERKS

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY
Handle residential & light commercial service calls Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems Lead/mentor apprentices & deliver top-notch service Use ServiceTitan for tracking, upsells & bonuses Work Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm within 30 miles of the 48109 area (occasional optional travel 1-3 times per year)
What We Need From You:
Journeyman plumbing license in Michigan 3+ years of plumbing experience Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance Strong computer literacy Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team
