What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners Complete service documentation and job reports accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow safety standards and company quality expectations Stay current on industry tools, technology, and best practices What We're Looking For Must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and be insurable under Vander Hyde's insurance policy 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience Journeyman Plumber License (or close to taking state test) Company insurance policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have basic hand tools Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
