Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service while communicating professionally and effectively. Produce neat, organized, and high-quality work that meets company standards. Support the plumbing team by assisting with installations, diagnostics, and repairs. Learn and adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment. Develop technical skills through hands-on experience and ongoing training. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials on the job site. Collaborate effectively with team members, taking direction and contributing to project success. Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with insurability through Vredevoogd's insurance carrier. Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings, as well as a comprehensive national background check. Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in a variety of conditions, including Michigan's changing weather. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
