The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, possesses excellent mechanical knowledge, and can effectively read blueprints. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and safely. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform plumbing tasks effectively. Conduct remodeling work as needed to upgrade existing plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during installations and repairs. Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion on time. Manage heavy lifting tasks associated with the installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Experience in commercial driving may be beneficial for transporting tools and materials to job sites. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands. Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications related to plumbing work.
