Apprentice Plumber

• Apprentice Plumber
• We are hiring Apprentice Plumbers to support installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across commercial and residential sites. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role with consistent daytime hours.
• What You'll Do
• + Install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems + Respond to plumbing service calls and troubleshoot issues + Follow all plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards + Maintain accurate work logs and jobsite documentation + Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• What We're Looking For
• + Valid plumber's license + 3+ years of plumbing experience + Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and repairs + Time management and reliability + Ability to drive company vehicles to job sites + Mechanical aptitude; experience with carpentry, construction, or PVC is a plus
• Schedule & Work Environment
• + On‑site role, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM + Work performed in occupied commercial and residential environments + Must maintain professionalism and respect in all settings
• Compensation
• + $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional Notes
• + $500 tool package available (with provided battery replacements) + Opportunities for growth, learning, and long‑term advancement

• This is a Contract position based out of Mankato, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
