Lead Excavation Installer

We're Minnesota's original plumbing, heating and cooling company, and have remained true to our mission of providing solid, honest work at fair, upfront prices. This past year we have doubled our plumbing team and added an electrical line of business. We are keen to grow and provide an extensive line-up of home services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Excavation Install Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of excavation and underground installation, ensuring the safe operation of excavation equipment of your crew, making sure installations meet required specifications. You'll work on a variety of residential projects, troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues while adhering to safety standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with sewer excavation, strong knowledge of plumbing systems, and the ability to operate machinery and tools safely.
