Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing plumbing projects, ensuring code compliance, mentoring junior plumbers, and delivering top-tier service to residential and/or commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (water, gas, drainage) Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Supervise and train apprentice and journeyman plumbers Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications:
Valid Master Plumber license in St. Louis County, St. Louis City, St. Charles County or a Journeyman plumber with the hours to become a Master Plumber. Company will pay for Master Plumbers test Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety standards Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record How to
