Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Install fixtures, water heaters, and softeners Work on water, gas, and drainage lines Communicate clearly with customers Ensure all work meets plumbing code and M&M Plumbing Standards Keep organized job records and work alongside a strong team

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting skills (not just parts swapping) Reliable, self-motivated, and professional Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license
