Position Overview:

Pickles Plumbing is seeking a high-performing Plumbing Service Technician who thrives in a customer-facing, revenue-generating environment. This role is focused on service work and system solutions—not new construction. You will diagnose issues, present solutions, and complete high-quality work while maximizing opportunities through system improvements and customer education. This is ideal for a plumber who wants to earn more, take ownership of their work, and deliver real value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Revenue Generation:

Diagnose plumbing issues and present clear, value-driven solutions to customers Identify opportunities for system improvements and repairs Educate customers on options to improve performance, efficiency, and longevity Drive revenue through high-quality service and customer trust Technical Work; Service and repair: Water heaters Sump pumps Fixtures, valves, and supply lines Residential plumbing systems Perform repairs and system work as needed Execute work efficiently while maintaining high standards

Customer Experience:

Deliver professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented service Build trust with homeowners through communication and transparency Maintain clean and organized job sites Represent the company with professionalism at all times

Operations & Safety:

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Communicate job progress with team and leadership

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience Strong background in residential service and repair work Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions independently Comfortable in a customer-facing, performance-based role Strong attention to detail and workmanship Valid driver's license
