You won't get bounced job to job with no plan You won't deal with disorganized PMs You'll have steady work lined up months ahead You'll be trusted to run your work—not babysat Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems (water, sanitary, storm, gas, and specialty systems) Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Perform underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing work Lead small crews or work independently Handle underground, rough-in, and finish work Work alongside site utility crews (huge advantage most companies don't offer) Qualifications Active member of Local 562 5+ years commercial plumbing experience Able to run work or ready to step into that role Shows up, works hard, and takes pride in the job Wants stability and long-term opportunity Compensation & Benefits Competitive union wages per Local 562 agreement Health, pension, and annuity benefits provided through the union Company-provided service vehicle and tools Paid holidays and time off per CBA Steady, year-round work with a professional and supportive team
