We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, delivers exceptional customer service, and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, professionalism, and teamwork. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Install and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals Perform leak detection and plumbing repairs Troubleshoot water pressure, drainage, and sewer issues Present repair and replacement options to customers Complete digital invoices, estimates, and service documentation Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory Follow all safety standards and plumbing codes Participate in occasional on-call rotations as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience preferred Residential service plumbing experience strongly preferred Mississippi plumbing license preferred but not required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Performance-based bonuses and incentives Company vehicle for qualified candidates Company-provided uniforms Paid training and professional development Paid holidays and paid time off Advancement opportunities within a growing company Supportive team environment
