Residential Plumbing Service Technician

Perform comprehensive plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute projects Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently and safely Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures Assist with remodeling projects by providing expert plumbing support and collaborating with carpenters and contractors Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work on construction sites or residential properties Follow safety protocols on construction sites and ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trade environments with hands-on knowledge of residential systems Familiarity with construction site procedures, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and HVAC components Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations or repairs Valid driver's license for commercial driving duties preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications as required by local regulations Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise work
