As a small company I will need someone flexible because this will be a learning process for me. I cannot offer all the fancy benefits so I plan to pay above what you would normally receive at a bigger company. What I expect is that you have a good working knowledge of plumbing, a valid driver's license and that you submit to a background check. I recognize that work is not the number one priority in life and as such I'd like to be flexible in time off, provided you give me enough notice 2 weeks preferably, or 1 week. Plumbing is dirty and hard so I want people with a great attitude. Expect to crawl. Expect 30-45 hours a week and a few late nights a month during the regular work week as that cannot really be avoided, but there will be no on call hours for you and no work on the weekends. I am open to a 4-day work week as well if you are interested in that. I plan on having someone start soon. Install Plumber Job Purpose:

The Install Plumber is there to complete work that has already been sold by a Technician. This person is to act as the primary point of contact for the job for both the customer and the technician once the install commences. He is expected to take payment for the job at the end of the job Job Duties and Responsibilities This section contains a description of the duties and responsibilities assigned to the job; also referred to as the essential functions. Fix or install plumbing Fixtures Keep the truck clean and organized Direct the Plumbers helper in a way that makes you more efficient Take time to teach the Plumbers helper when the timing is appropriate Maintain the stock on the truck to adequate levels Digging Ditches Drive Professionally Be cordial with customers No Smoking, dipping, vaping, smoking, drinking is allowed while on the clock Can plumb in a bathroom by themselves to code Can install water heater, sewer lines, water services, shower valves, and make repairs to common plumbing fixtures Experience 1-3 year of plumbing experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Comprhensive knowledge: of hand and power tools are required Working knowledge: of plumbing codes Working Conditions This job will be mostly in client's homes, but also outside Exposures encountered, such as hazardous materials, loud noise, or extreme heat/cold. Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or crawling. Physical effort/lifting, heavy - over 50 pounds. This job is around 40 hours a week, but can vary on the day. 1 to 2 long 10-hour days are to be expected per week, but on call is not required Commission Bonuses Available for those Plumbers ready to sell
