We're looking for a motivated and dependable Plumbing Apprentice. In this role, you'll learn from experienced professionals while assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial properties. Learn how to interpret blueprints and project specifications. Ensure all work meets industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. On-the-Job Training Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including repairs and adjustments. Develop hands-on experience with commercial plumbing systems and specialized tools. Take initiative in learning new techniques and understanding job site procedures. Compliance and Safety Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Use protective equipment properly and report any hazards to supervisors. Team Collaboration Work closely with experienced plumbers, foremen, and project managers to complete tasks efficiently. Communicate clearly with team members to support project timelines. Show initiative and a willingness to assist wherever needed on site. Material and Equipment Management Help prepare and clean up job sites before and after work. Organize and maintain tools, materials, and equipment. Assist with inventory and ensure tools are in proper working order. Documentation Support the team in maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used. Learn to document installations and service reports according to company standards.
