The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or industrial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, perform accurate layout and installation of piping systems, and ensure all work meets quality, code, and safety standards. Candidates should have strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, gas piping, fixtures, and equipment Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements Measure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble pipes using manual and power tools Install and connect piping, valves, fixtures, pumps, water heaters, and commercial plumbing equipment Test plumbing systems for proper operation, leaks, flow, and compliance Collaborate with general contractors, other trades, and supervisors to coordinate installation schedules and resolve on-site issues Ensure all work meets local, state, and national plumbing codes, as well as company quality and safety standards Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety policies Qualifications Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber or similar role in commercial/industrial environments Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications Proficiency with plumbing hand tools and power tools Experience installing water lines, drainage systems, gas piping, fixtures, and commercial plumbing equipment Ability to work independently or with a team to meet project timelines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
