In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of specialized water filtration, softening, and purification systems. Your technical expertise will ensure our infrastructure meets rigorous water quality standards and performance specifications, directly impacting the health and efficiency of our clients' operations. Responsibilities System Implementation:

Read and interpret technical schematics and piping diagrams to accurately install water treatment systems, including pumps, control valves, and filtration media.

Preventive Maintenance:

Conduct routine service, repair, and calibration of water treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance and water quality compliance.

Diagnostic Troubleshooting:

Conduct field inspections and water quality testing to identify flow issues, chemical imbalances, or mechanical malfunctions; resolve issues efficiently to minimize client downtime.

System Integration:

Collaborate with our operations team to coordinate equipment installs, system upgrades, and seamless integration with existing plumbing or HVAC infrastructures.

Precision Work:

Perform pipe fitting, tubing assembly, and electrical connection tasks to ensure secure, leak-free installations and adherence to industry codes.

Operational Safety:

Follow strict safety protocols when working with water treatment chemicals, pressurized systems, or in confined mechanical rooms.

Technical Documentation:

Maintain accurate service logs, record water test data, and update client system records within our field management software.

Requirements Technical Proficiency:

Proven experience in plumbing, water treatment, or a related mechanical field with a strong understanding of fluid dynamics and water chemistry.

Blueprint Literacy:

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, flow charts, and manufacturer installation manuals accurately.

Tool Competency:

Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and diagnostic testing apparatus.

Physical Aptitude:

Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, working in tight mechanical spaces, and occasional outdoor site work.

Quantitative Skills:

Basic math skills for calculating flow rates, chemical dosage ratios, and pipe fitting measurements.

Licensure & Logistics:

Valid driver's license; must be comfortable operating company service vehicles to travel between client sites.
