As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled Lead Plumbing Installer to help deliver on work sold by our service technicians and ensure every job is completed with precision and professionalism. Your Role As a Lead Installer, you are the execution expert —taking sold jobs from our service technicians and turning them into high-quality finished work. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Complete installations based on work sold by service technicians Install and replace: Water heaters (tank & tankless) Sewer and water lines Fixtures (toilets, faucets, shower valves, etc.) Drain systems and related components Ensure all work meets local plumbing, fuel, and building codes Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members Work closely with technicians, office staff, and management to ensure smooth job completion What We Provide We set you up for success with: Fully stocked company truck Company tablet for communication and job management Weekly training and ongoing development Specialized tools (you provide standard hand/power tools) Qualifications Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset and professional attitude Compensation & Benefits Performance-based pay with strong earning potential Bonus opportunities through sales and customer service competitions Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with partial match 2 weeks paid time off annually Why Join Superior Plumbing and Drains?
