Looking to start or continue a career in the plumbing trade? Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a motivated Plumbing Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some plumbing experience who wants to gain valuable field training, develop technical skills, and advance into a long-term plumbing career. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with residential plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance while learning the skills needed to become a successful service plumber. Primary Duties Assist technicians with residential plumbing service calls and installations Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites Support plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, and system installations Help maintain service vehicles, inventory, and job site cleanliness Learn proper plumbing techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely Requirements Previous plumbing, construction, maintenance, or trade experience preferred Desire to learn and build a career in the skilled trades Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying equipment Valid driver's license with a good driving record Dependable attendance and reliable transportation What You'll Receive On-the-job training and mentorship Opportunity for advancement within the company Supportive office and field leadership Professional development opportunities Competitive compensation with growth potential Position Information Full-time Residential service environment In-person field position Opportunities for long-term career growth within the plumbing industry If you're looking for more than just a job and want a career with advancement opportunities, we'd love to meet you.
