As an Experienced Lead Plumber, you will take charge of plumbing projects on commercial and residential construction sites, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion. Your expertise will guide junior team members, coordinate with project managers, and deliver exceptional plumbing solutions that meet client specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects and showcase your mechanical knowledge and construction skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and safety standards Read and interpret technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts and systems Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing components using hand tools and power tools with precision Coordinate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within the overall construction plan Conduct site inspections to verify quality control, safety compliance, and proper installation techniques communicate with office staff everyday phone, work yard, Housecall pro apps Train and mentor junior plumbers or apprentices while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in commercial or large-scale residential projects Skilled in blueprint reading Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and maintenance tasks on construction sites Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently on active job sites Knowledge of plumbing installation slab, rough, trim, water/sewer and service Valid clean driver's license
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
