Plumbing Installer (Full-Time) - $26/hr + 5% Commission Matthews / Charlotte, NC All Good Plumbing is growing fast and looking for a reliable, skilled plumbing installer who wants consistent work, strong pay, and a company that actually has their back. Pay & Benefits $26/hour base pay + 5% commission on installs (real earning potential) Consistent 40 hours/week - no cutting hours Monday-Friday schedule Health insurance available 401(k) options Year-round steady work (no slow seasons) What You'll Be Doing Water heater installations (tank & tankless) Fixture installs (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.) Whole-home repipes (PEX, copper, etc.) Excavation work (water/sewer line replacements) Slab leak repairs and under-slab plumbing work Basic plumbing system repairs and replacements Following NC plumbing code and company install standards Taking clean job photos and maintaining professional work quality What We're Looking For 4+ years of plumbing experience (required) Strong experience with installs (repipes, excavations, slab work preferred) Ability to work independently and problem-solve on job sites Comfortable with physical work (digging, crawlspaces, attics) Clean, professional appearance and communication Valid driver's license Takes pride in clean, code-compliant work What You Won't Deal With No "slow weeks" or getting sent home early No chasing parts all day (we stock our trucks) No pressure to cut corners or rush bad installs Why Work With All Good Plumbing?
