We are looking for highly-skilled customer driven, and goal-oriented craftsman who want to make an exceptional income, delivering outstanding service, while enjoying a fantastic work environment. Your responsibilities as a service professional will include:
  • Completing maintenance and repairs: You will be completing small to medium repairs for home and commercial projects. The project can range from two hours to two days.
  • Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers: you will communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and the associated costs.
  • Create lifelong customers: deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way
  • a repeatable process that makes it easy to wow the customer every time. These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
  • Currently reside in the greater Charlotte area including Ft. Mill or Rock Hill.
  • Finished High School or GED.
  • Own your own tools
  • Be insurable to drive our vehicle
  • Complete a background and driving record check
  • Able to lift 50 pounds independently
  • Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time
  • Professional appears and maintenance of company provided vehicle
  • Great track record for customer service and problem-solving
Benefits and Pay:
Our current service professionals average $865 to $1730 per week, depending on their skill-level and experience with home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing and drywall.
