Plumber / Plumber Technician Raleigh, NC 27617 From $55,000 a year - Full-time From $55,000 a year - Full-time The Bath Shop is looking for a plumber or plumbing technician to join our growing remodeling team in the Triangle area. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodeling and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants to grow with a company that is actively improving and expanding. This position may be a fit for: A licensed plumber An experienced plumbing helper or technician Someone with strong residential plumbing experience who is willing to work toward licensing What We're Looking For Residential plumbing experience Ability to troubleshoot and think independently Good attitude and professionalism with homeowners and team members Valid driver's license Willingness to learn our systems and processes Desire to grow professionally and work toward licensing if not currently licensed Responsibilities Plumbing work related to bathroom and kitchen remodels Demo and rough-in work Fixture installation and trim-out Diagnosing and solving plumbing issues during remodeling projects Communicating clearly with project managers and field team Maintaining clean and organized job sites What We Offer Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunity for advancement Help developing skills and working toward licensing Competitive pay based on experience We care a lot about quality, accountability, communication, and creating a good experience for our homeowners.
