Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber and Helper to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse plumbing projects, from installation and repair to remodeling and maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform heavy lifting, pipe fitting, pipe cutting, threading, and assembly tasks with precision Support the construction team in remodeling projects by contributing carpentry, handyman skills, and basic mechanical knowledge Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot plumbing issues using schematics and technical guides Qualifications Prior experience in construction plumbing or related trades preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant training are encouraged to apply Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required in plumbing tasks Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or general building systems is a plus Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces comfortably Valid driver's license for commercial driving or transportation of materials preferred; handyman or remodeling experience is advantageous Join us in delivering top-quality construction projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
