Lead Plumber New Construction & Renovation (Full-Time)

Overview Requirements (Read Carefully) Minimum 5+ years plumbing experience (required) Must have experience in both renovation and new construction Ability to run jobs independently and lead when needed Must be able to read and understand blueprints Must be able to operate equipment:

• Mini excavator / excavator Trencher
• Experience with:
• Sewer line installs and replacements Water line installs and re-pipes Drain line re-pipes PEX and copper piping Under-slab plumbing Residential and light commercial plumbing
• Ability to install:
• Water heaters (tank & tankless) Tubs, showers, and fixtures
• Must have reliable transportation Must provide references Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug test Strong communication skills Bilingual is a plus, but not required
