Plumbing Pipe threading Fixture installation Full Job Description Job Summary We are hiring experienced Commercial/Industrial Plumbers for construction projects in the Wilmington, NC area. Plumbers will install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for water, waste, vent, and gas systems according to code and project specifications. Candidates should be skilled in blueprint reading, layout, and installation in active commercial or industrial job sites. Key Responsibilities Install water, sanitary, vent, and gas piping systems Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and specifications Measure, cut, thread, solder, and assemble pipe and fittings Install fixtures, valves, supports, and plumbing equipment Perform pressure and leak testing of plumbing systems Coordinate with pipefitters, HVAC, and other trades Ensure installations meet plumbing codes and safety standards Troubleshoot and repair piping systems as needed Qualifications 3+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience Proficient in blueprint and plumbing layout reading Experience with PVC, CPVC, copper, cast iron, and/or steel pipe Knowledge of soldering, threading, and pipe installation methods Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation and basic plumbing tools Preferred (Not Required) Journeyman or plumbing license (state/local) Medical gas or specialty piping experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Experience on large commercial or industrial projects Benefits Weekly pay Health insurance options Referral bonuses Long-term project opportunities PPE assistance (where applicable)
