Compensation and Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly performance bonus opportunity after 90 days Stocked company truck to start Clear path toward Lead Technician This role is designed for someone who wants long term opportunity, not just steady hours. Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional weekend work as needed On call responsibilities may be added after training What You Will Be Responsible For Plumbing Service and Repairs Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, fixture failures, and water heater problems Perform repairs and installations on faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, garbage disposals, water heaters, drain lines, and pipe systems Ensure all work meets North Carolina plumbing code and company standards Customer Experience Communicate clearly and professionally before, during, and after service Provide honest options and recommendations without pressure Maintain professionalism and respect inside every home Leave work areas clean and organized Documentation and Systems Complete job notes, photos, and invoices accurately in service software Track materials used and communicate restocking needs Follow company service processes and documentation standards Team Expectations Show up on time and prepared Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Represent Coastal Care Plumbing with pride and integrity Support occasional weekend and future on call needs Qualifications Two or more years of residential plumbing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and repair ability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to manage service calls independently Professional communication and customer service skills Commitment to clean and high quality workmanship Preferred but Not Required North Carolina plumbing license or apprentice track Experience with drain cameras or hydro jetting Water heater replacement experience Familiarity with service software such as Jobber Why Join Coastal Care Plumbing? $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
