Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Master Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead plumbing projects, ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and deliver top-quality service on a variety of construction and maintenance sites. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling efforts across commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, ensuring all work adheres to local codes and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install piping systems and related mechanical components Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and other construction tools efficiently to complete tasks Perform construction estimating for plumbing projects by assessing materials, labor needs, and project scope to support bidding processes Conduct on-site inspections to verify proper installation of plumbing systems, including HVAC connections and remodeling projects Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless project execution Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics, maintenance logs, and compliance reports Skills Extensive experience with construction plumbing systems in commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical diagrams Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math calculations for measurements and estimations Familiarity with HVAC systems and their integration within plumbing infrastructure Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repair tasks Field service experience with troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site efficiently Knowledge of construction estimating processes and remodeling procedures Valid license as a Master Plumber with relevant certifications required by local authorities Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or commercial vehicles when necessary for project logistics Requirements Valid drivers license with reliable transportation to work Current Master Plumbers license or adequate Journeyman Plumber hours to test for Masters license ( employment contingent upon passing Master Plumber exam ) Professional references On-Call requirements for emergency response jobs
