$27-$38 per hour Up to $5,000 Hiring Bonus for qualified hires!

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems. Determine source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders. Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean. Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations, and perform required repairs. Educate homeowners by offering "Good, Better, Best" tiered solutions for repairs and replacements. Use service software to log billable hours, manage work orders, and process customer payments on-site.

What You Bring:

Licensing:

Active Journeyman License preferred; valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Experience:

3+ years in residential/commercial plumbing (service, repair, and installs).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in troubleshooting, drain cleaning, video inspections, hydro-jetting, and local plumbing codes.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, time management, and a self-starting work ethic.

Safety:

Comprehensive knowledge of industry hazards and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day. Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working. Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds. Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.
