Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in compliance with local codes and safety standards Service and repair HVAC systems such as air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration systems Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute projects Perform equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools Conduct field service visits for property maintenance, appliance repairs, and emergency troubleshooting Assist with HVAC/R (refrigeration) system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal operation Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for each project or service call Requirements Valid NH or MA plumber license and HVAC certification with relevant field experience Proven experience in construction projects as well as service technician roles involving plumbing and HVAC systems Strong mechanical knowledge including refrigeration systems, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and air conditioning units Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately for system installation or troubleshooting Experience with equipment repair techniques such as welding and the use of diagnostic tools like ohmmeters Knowledge of property maintenance procedures along with appliance repair skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle safely Familiarity with HVAC design principles, mechanical systems integration, and field service operations Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs Join our team to bring your expertise in plumbing and HVAC to life!
