Position Summary The Water Treatment Installer is a customer-facing, hands-on role responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential and commercial water treatment systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and building positive relationships with customers while working independently and as part of a team. This is not an entry level position; applicable experience is required for consideration. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems including water softeners, carbon filters, acid neutralizers, reverse osmosis systems, iron/sulfur filters, UV systems, pumps, and bladder tanks Diagnose and troubleshoot existing water treatment and well-related issues Safely deliver and handle products such as salt, filters, and related consumables Review work orders to ensure proper tools, parts, and materials are loaded and organized Perform monthly inventory checks of service vehicle stock Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and benefits Identify opportunities for system upgrades and additional solutions Communicate effectively with Customer Service Representatives and internal teams Ensure all work meets company standards, industry best practices, and local codes Participate in team meetings, training, and other duties as assigned Uphold and promote company values at all times

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum 2 years of plumbing or general technical installation experience Minimum 1 year of water treatment installation/service experience (strongly preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and rotating on-call schedules as needed Preferred (not required): WQA Certifications (CI, CWS, CST) Trade or plumbing certifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Rotating on-call schedule Starting pay: $20.00 to $25.00/hour , with increases based on experience Weekly pay Commission opportunities Benefits & Perks (Available after 90-Day Introductory Period unless noted)
