This role focuses on the service, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for high-profile commercial and industrial clients. Core Responsibilities Commercial Service:

Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, including water distribution, sanitary waste, venting, and storm drainage.

System Maintenance:

Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, backflow preventers, pumps, and commercial fixtures.

Retrofits:

Execute equipment replacements and system upgrades in healthcare, education, and industrial facilities.

Client Interface:

Provide professional communication to facility managers regarding technical issues and project timelines.

Field Safety:

Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance with all state and local plumbing codes.

Requirements Licensing:

Valid New Jersey Journeyman Plumber License is required.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing service.

Union Status:

Active membership in UA Local 20 (or eligibility for reciprocal placement).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in reading blueprints, soldering, brazing, and pipe threading.

Geographic Reach:

Ability to service client sites throughout Central and North New Jersey.

Driving:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Total Compensation & Perks Base Pay:

$30 - $36/hr (Consistent hourly rate).
