In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring all work meets safety standards and project specifications. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality plumbing solutions that support the functionality and safety of our clients' facilities. Duties Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with precision to ensure leak-proof connections. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues early and implement solutions promptly. Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC specialists, and carpenters to coordinate work seamlessly on-site. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Lift heavy materials safely during installation or repair activities and operate construction vehicles or commercial driving equipment as needed. Experience Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, safety standards, and building codes related to plumbing. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with attention to detail. Hands-on experience with welding, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling projects, and HVAC systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Previous work on construction sites demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
